Fight to the death! Ichigo vs. Ichigo
At night, Rukia sees that her Memory Chikan has only one ammo left. She then tests her arm and knows it's time.

The next day, Ichigo was sending Rukia her breakfast but didn't see her. Downstairs, Yuzu and Karin are getting suspicious of Ichigo's behaviour eating in his room every breakfast. Ichigo's father was assuming something dirty about Ichigo when Ichigo kicked him and both ended up fighting.

At the shop named Urahara Shop, Jinta and Ururu are sweeping the entrance but Jinta is playing around. Ururu tries to tell him not to play around as Tessai will scold them but he doesn't bother and tries to bully her. Luckily Rukia came. Tessai notices the entrance is open and notices Rukia. He intends to wake up the manager, Urahara, but he's already up knowing that Rukia wants to buy some items.


He sell some items and warns her not to use too much of the soul freezer or she'll be too weak after she gets out from her Gigai. Rukia tells him not to bother her and ask about the item she requested. So Urahara ask Ururu to get the latest item in the box named "New Goods". Ururu looks around and sees a box that only stated "Goods" and takes the item. Urahara then warns her that she can't hide inside her Gigai forever.

In school, Rukia ask Ichigo to follow her to the back of the school in a forceful way. Back at the school, she gives the Gigonkai/ Soul Candy and explains it to him. He tries it out and sees himself acting like a weirdo. To add more bad luck, a mission has been received and Rukia drags Ichigo to the area leaving the temp soul to do his duty.

Meanwhile, Urahara reveals that Ururu has gives Rukia a item in the Inferior Goods. Tessai and Urahara wonder what the soul will do. Back at school, the temp soul is testing out his new body and damages the wall. A teacher notices him and was about to strike him when the Temp soul jumps very high and them jumps around the building. In the classroom, while Inoue, Tatsuki and the other classmates were having lunch inside, the Temp soul jumps through the window into Ichigo's class. As Ichigo manage to kill the hollow, he has a bad feeling.

Everyone is surprise to see Ichigo jump into the class as their class is at the third story. The Temp soul was amazed that everyone sees his 'talent'. He sees a lot of beautiful girls and notice Inoue who he finds attractive and then kissed her hand. Every girl was surprised to see it while Tatsuki tries to pull him back. He then says that Tatsuki is also cute while all the girls were shocked to see what he did.

Ichigo and Rukia was running back to the school. Rukia tells him not to worry but when they see a table flying out from his class window she tells him to hurry up. It turns out that Tatsuki is throwing the Temp soul for kissing her in the cheek and no one can stop her. Just then, Rukia came in. He decides to run off but Ichigo blocks his path. Surprisingly, he beats up Ichigo and jumps out from the window safely. Rukia and Ichigo look out of the window and Rukia confirms that it's a Mod Soul.

Both of them chase after him while everyone wonders what's going on. Asano doesn't believe that Rukia has something to do with this. Just then, Inoue says that that isn't the Ichigo they know while everyone wonders what she means.

In an abandoned warehouse, Ichigo is pissed that he can't catch him but Rukia doesn't bother. Ichigo them tells her that he did something awful to Inoue and Tatsuki but couldn't say it out so Rukia tells him that the Mod Soul kissed them while Ichigo tells him not say it out as he's embarrassed. Ichigo then recalls of her mentioning about the mod soul. She then explains about the mod soul with her crappy drawings. Rukia asks whether he understands, and Ichigo tells her that her drawings are crappy.

It is explained that the Soul Society intend to eliminated all Mod Soul. Ichigo wonders why they have to kill it. Rukia explains that it is the rule in Soul Society. They then leave to chase after the Mod Soul. Ichigo then thinks about how the Mod Soul feels about being inside the new body by now.

In another area, the Mod Soul was happily jumping around like a maniac and was even happier to be free. Just as he was near the primary school, he peeps at the three kids, skipping P.E. playing their Gameboys. Then they mention about their game character being weak and intend to destroy it. The Mod Soul overhears it and makes his appearance and tries to step on them. But luckily, Ichigo comes in a nick of time to save the day.
